Background

I grew up in Greenville, SC. Graduated from Clemson university. Married right after graduation and have been married for 44 years to the same women, Mary Stewart Carpenter! Got to know Jesus through Young Life in high school. We have 3 daughters and 3 grandchildren. I was in the furniture restoration and cabinet business for 32 years before God called me to use my skills to help men restore their lives and reset their priorities. I have always been involved in men’s ministry at church and always enjoyed having a men’s accountability group. I have been with Priority One for 8 years.

Bud’s Interests

I love to be out in the woods either hiking in the mountains or hunting for deer. Walking with my wife just about anywhere is always something I am up for. We enjoy being on the water either boating or skiing. I love to cook good food and drink great wine with friends and family. We love to travel to special places that we have had access to for many years. Most of all I love to share Jesus and help men to just “get it”. Being with our friends or family are things we enjoy together.
