Do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise 3 days a week: (Walking, running, swimming, biking, class, cutting lawn, etc., ..…the whole world is your gym!) 3 points
Do 15 minutes of strength building exercises 3 days a week – (Push ups, sit-ups, planks, gym weights, yoga, building rock wall, etc) 3 points
Eat at least one fruit and one vegetable each day. 1 point

Spiritual
In Becoming a King read Introduction and Chapter One (Becoming Powerful). 3 points
Answer the following questions from the book: 1 point
What legacy would you like to leave?
What would you want people to say about you at your funeral?
Who has spoken into your life about ancient paths? What did you learn?
Name a few ways you have done well with the power God has entrusted to you.
What are some reasons great men fall? (Joe Paterno, Lance Armstrong, Bill Cosby, etc.)
Read one Proverb chapter each day corresponding to the day of the month. (Read chapter 17 on September 17, etc.) 1 point
Memorize: Psalm 8:5-6 1 point

Relational
Write a thank you note to a man who has influenced your life and mail it. No email. 1 point
