
You will establish one improvement goal in each one of the three areas listed below and report your progress to your TEAM each week. Here are some examples. Pick one or create your own. At the end of the eight weeks, you will develop a life-changing habit that will bear much fruit.
Relational
Pray with my wife 5 minutes each day.
Turn off all tech devices after 6pm.
Do a date night once a week.
Read 20 minutes to my kids each night.
Do a family game night once a week.
Do a work project with your kids each week.
Meet one new neighbor each week.
Learn art of asking questions.
Stop watching cable news.
No TV for five nights a week.
No social media for 8 weeks.
Spiritual
Develop prayer routine and pray 5 minutes each day.
Write down in your journal each day 5 things you are grateful for from the previous day.
Read through the book of Mark.
Pray each day for 3 leaders (school principal, pastor, mayor, coaches, etc).
Meditate 10 minutes each day.
Write daily confession.
Discover my spiritual gift and learn how to use it.
Only listen to worship music when driving.
Read a book on great leaders of the Christian faith.
Journal about the attributes of God.
Whenever I pick up my phone I read a verse of the Bible first.
Physical
Lose 10 lbs. (or 5, 15, 20, etc)
Do 15 push ups each day. (Or 10, 20, 50, etc)
Do 5 planks of 15 seconds each day. (Or 10, 20, 50 etc.)
Cut out all fast food.
Only drink alcohol 2 days a week. (Or cut it out completely)
Join Weight Watchers
Walk with my wife each day.
Cut out sugar from my diet.
Do a spinning class 3 days a week.
Go to bed every night by 9:30pm
Stretch 3 days a week for 20 minutes.
