This session, each TEAM gets to choose between two mission paths:

🌱 Roots

This is the classic Deep Roots experience you know and love. Weekly missions are designed to help you grow spiritually, physically, and relationally through intentional habits and challenges.

🌾 Harvest (New)

Ready to go deeper? The Harvest track offers a more in-depth spiritual study, ideal for teams wanting to dig further into Scripture, reflection, and personal transformation.

As a team, decide which path is right for your season—and go all in, together.

3. Overview of Deep Roots

  • Weekly Missions

    Each week for 8 weeks, you'll receive a mission by email—designed to challenge and grow you in three key areas:

    Spiritual – Deepen your walk with God through prayer, Scripture, and spiritual disciplines.

    Physical – Prioritize health through workouts, nutrition, and rest.

    Relational – Invest intentionally in your spouse, kids, and close friendships.

    These missions take 4–5 hours per week. If you're already reading, exercising, or nurturing relationships, this program brings structure, purpose, and accountability to what matters most.

    Think you’re too busy?
    You don’t have time not to do this. Even 30 extra minutes a day can change everything.

    It's not about perfection—it’s about progress. Small steps lead to big growth.

  • What to Expect Each Week

    Every mission includes 5 core components:

    🧠 TEAM Meeting – Connect, reflect, and stay accountable with your group.

    💡 Self-Improvement – Activities for personal reflection and growth.

    📖 Spiritual Challenge – Engage with Scripture, memory verses, and reading.

    💪 Physical Challenge – Fitness and wellness goals tailored to your level.

    ❤️ Relational Challenge – Strengthen your closest relationships.

  • TEAM Meetings

    When: Once per week
    Duration: About 1 hour
    Format: In-person or via Zoom

    Each meeting includes:
    ✔ Weekly check-ins
    ✔ Verse sharing
    ✔ Book discussion
    ✔ SHAPE exercises
    ✔ Group prayer

    TEAM = Brotherhood + Accountability
    You’ll meet with 3–4 men you choose. Each group sets its own time—whatever works best.

  • Friday Morning Zoom Call

    Time: 7:00 AM EST
    Length: 10 minutes

    Purpose: Encouragement, updates, and accountability to keep you moving forward

    Can’t make it? No worries—it’s recorded and shared for you to watch later.

  • Scoreboard & Progress Tracking

    Every component of your mission earns points, building a healthy sense of fun and friendly competition.

    But it’s not about points—it’s about progress.
    The scoreboard helps you build strong habits and grow into the man God created you to be.

  • Large Group Events

    Kickoff Meeting
    We begin strong—together. A live, local gathering to catch the vision, connect with other men, and launch the challenge with purpose and energy.

    Finish Line Celebration
    We end by celebrating the wins. Food, awards, powerful stories, and brotherhood. A time to reflect, rejoice, and recognize the journey.
